Welcome to Token. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Token, operated by Szigeti Bánk, individual entrepreneur (egyéni vállalkozó). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and the purchase of products from this store.
By visiting the store, using the website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under Hungarian or European Union consumer-protection law.

3. Eligibility and use of the store

We make reasonable efforts to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, sizes, and product appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, or manufacturing and packaging differences.
Product descriptions, availability, images, and specifications may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products at any time.
Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product(s). The contract is formed only when we accept the order and send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm that the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order, including after submission, where:

Delivery cannot be completed to the address provided.

Fulfillment is prevented by legal, logistical, or technical reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, the paid amount for the cancelled item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Hungarian forints (HUF) unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount, including any shipping charge, is shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
We operate under alanyi adómentesség under Hungarian tax rules. Our displayed prices and invoices reflect the applicable tax treatment of the business.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation.
We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer unless such an option is expressly shown at checkout.
7. Shipping and delivery
We currently sell and deliver to customers in Hungary only.
Orders are generally delivered within approximately 2–15 business days after processing and dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, fulfillment partner processing, carrier conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.
We are responsible for the customer-facing handling of delivery issues, but delays caused by carriers, customs, fulfillment partners, or events beyond reasonable control may affect delivery times. For more information, see our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, withdrawal, and refunds

Customers must contact us before sending any product back. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address for the relevant order. Products must not be sent to the shipping origin or to the address printed on the parcel unless we specifically instruct the customer to do so.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
9. Product issues and statutory rights
If a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us at bankszigeti@tokenhungary.com with the order number and details of the issue. Photographs or video may be requested where necessary to assess the problem.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide the appropriate legal remedy, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Mandatory consumer rights relating to conformity and legal remedies remain unaffected by these Terms.europa+1

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, layout, and store design, belongs to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may use the website only for personal, lawful shopping purposes.

This store is powered by Shopify. Certain services used by the store may also be provided by third parties, including payment providers, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, and invoicing providers.
Purchases made through this store are made with Token / Szigeti Bánk, not with Shopify. Shopify is the technical platform provider and is not the seller of the products offered in the store.

Personal data submitted through this store is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Personal data may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.
